The replacement straps came quickly and were very nice quality. Hard to insert into lugs due to the tight fit.

I appreciate the prompt and enthusiastic service, but I feel that the design of the wristband for the sport watch is fatally flawed. The two little pins that hold on the buckle can’t get an adequate grip on the soft rubber of the band. I’m giving this one more try.
