I inquired about a new clasp for my T2 and was informed that that clasp was no longer available but that a band that fit my watch was available. I ordered it and received it within 2 days. My jeweler put it on my watch and sized it to my wrist. Perfect

This was to replace the bracelet on a ten year old watch, now out of production. Initially thought to be unavailable, staff searched the shelves and found a replacement for me. Yay! I now can continue to use my favorite watch.

"Original" Bracelet Error
Needed a replacement bracelet to match an heirloom Titanium Boccia watch. Advised by Boccia that only the original strap would fit. Shipped replacement bracelet was 2mm wider than original & did not fit. Jeweller managed to reuse some original parts to connect the bracelet to the watch & looks fine. Company was not careful to ensure matching parts.
