SHIPPING
$11.95 Flat Ground Shipping On Every Domestic Order
We ship from Las Vegas, Nevada. Ground Shipping will take 5-7 business days to the east coast.
Most west coast orders arrive within 3 days if ground shipping is selected.
We ship orders the same business day they are placed if ordered before 1:00pm Pacific time.
Orders placed between Friday evening and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. We use UPS & USPS for all shipments. All shipments are trackable with the exception of watch strap shipments.
International shipping prices starting at $15.
All local taxes and duty for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Watch strap shipping is $5.00 and the option will be available upon checkout. Watch straps are shipped via USPS and are not trackable.
RETURNS
Watches and Jewelry may be returned within 30 days of item receipt.
Please Note: Configurator watches are custom-made and non returnable.
Ship items back to the address below in new, unused condition. Be sure to include a copy of your order or a note with your Name, address and phone number.

Shipping fees are non-refundable for returns and/or exchanges.
Exchanges:
If you would like to order something else, please submit a new order on boccia.com or call us at 702-736-6006 and we'll be happy to place a new order for your exchange items. You can also request an exchange with your return package - just include the item number, size, and color.
SALE/DISCONTINUED/FINAL SALE ITEMS
All items that are "ON SALE" or in our sale section or otherwise advertised as "discontinued" and/or "final sale" items cannot be returned and are final sale only.
WARRANTY REPAIRS
All watches comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty on the movement.
Please ship all repairs to the address below with a note describing the issue. Please include your return address and phone number. Watch warranties do not include normal wear and tear or watch straps. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call us at 702-736-6006 or email us at info@boccia.com. If your product is not covered under warranty, we will give you an estimate for repair before we start the work. Repairs are shipped back with a $12.00 cost via UPS, usually within 1 week.

BATTERY REPLACEMENT
Please refrain from changing the battery in your BOCCIA watch yourself. You may either bring it to a local reputable jeweler who can properly seal the case back to its original position after the battery is changed. You may also send the watch to us for battery replacement. There is a $10 charge for each battery replacement and $12 charge for return shipping back to you. Please include your contact information so we may call you for a credit card or include a check made out to UWC:
